Wayne County catches my eye, mostly because the numbers they are using don't match with the enrollment numbers on the KHSAA website:

 

The form released by the KHSAA today says:

 

2014-15 397 boys (report on website says 476 - http://khsaa.org/reports/enrollments/20142015schoolenrollmenttotalsbyalpha.pdf)

2015-16 391 boys (report says 469 - http://khsaa.org/reports/enrollments/20152016schoolenrollmenttotalsbyalpha.pdf)

2016-17 406 boys (report says 487 - http://khsaa.org/reports/enrollments/20162017schoolenrollmenttotalsbyalpha.pdf)

2017-18 493 boys (report correctly says 493)

 

What's up? That's the difference in a school playing in 3A or 4A. Any other schools have incorrect data?

The following schools have enrollment numbers on the KHSAA document that don't match with the four years of single reports they've released each January. Bolded schools would be in a different class if numbers are adjusted.

That no matter what 6A will be Trinity winning and everyone else playing for runner-up. Honest question for Trinity folks, how excited do you really get with the relative ease in which Trinity takes care of in state buisness? Are you more happy when they win or relieved they didn't lose to a lesser opponent?

Scott is currently 4a. I believe during the last alignment, they were in line to be the smallest 5A school, but got pushed down when a couple teams petitioned to play up. East Jessamine is also already 4a.

So if this stands, 3A District 7 will consist of 5 teams? Estill, Powell, Magoffin, Morgan, Knott

Some of the districts as they are currently listed look a little goofy. I'm sure these will change, especially after schools decide to play up (or get pushed down because someone wants to play up).

Fredrick Douglas will drop to 4A? That seems odd to me considering this was their first year and opened as a 6A school..

It seems like in an instance like that the KHSAA would project the future enrollment using the frosh and soph classes from 2017. There is no way that Frederick Douglas will have a 4A enrollment in 2019. But what do I know.. :lol2:
