Eating Out 2018

Wait!! You have a Mexican? And they cook? And you lend them out? Is it one Mexican or the entire family? Do they also put up dry wall?

:jump:

Yep, got a resturant full of them, damn good food too.

Thanks for all of the suggestions. We ended up going to Maifest last night so we skipped out on finding a good steak and just snacked on street food there for dinner. Had a big breakfast this morning so we didn't do the Sunday brunch at the tavern because we weren't that hungry during the hours they serve it.

Stopped by Findlay Market after we checked out of the hotel, ate lunch while we were there and to satisfy my steak craving I picked up some massive Ribeye and strip steaks to throw on the grill at home later this evening for tonights dinner. I've been wanting to do a reverse sear on a really thick ribeye for a while now and at between 2 and 2.5 inches thick these should do the trick.

Five Guys at Eastgate yesterday. Fazoli's $5.00 lunch special in Maysville today.

Pasquales in Maysville after mass yesterday.

My 4th time eating out was 5-20-18

I went to a place in Turtle Creek, Pa called Shelly Pie(Pizza)

Reuben with Fries and Ice Water(Plus tip) 16 dollars.

Sandwich was burnt.

I was in a rush for time so I ate it.

My 5th time eating out this year.

Eat And Park.

St. Clairsville, Ohio.

Mushroom and Swiss Burger, mashed Potatoes,Gravy,Corn, with Ice Water.

13.00 with tip.

Stopped in at Hardee’s in Jackson today and paid $8 + for a burger and shake. The burger wasn’t great....too much mustard and some other sauce like stuff on it, and with the lettuce and tomatoes I couldn’t even hold it together between the buns to eat it. And the shake was as thin as milk. I didn’t even drink half of it. A shake I got at the Hardee’s in London a few weeks ago was the same way...thin and watery.

I think I’ll cross Hardee’s off my fast food list when out and about.

Made a rare stop at an Arby’s this weekend. Food was pretty good. Last time I went I liked it as welll. Can’t figure out why it is not a more common stop for me. Plus one in town I never visit.

Stopped by the new-ish Larosas on 27 in Cold Spring/Highland Heights this weekend. First time I have been to that one and it was nice I like that they have a bar in there.

Nice place! Just wished I liked their pizza better or ate pizza in a restaurant more often.

A northern kentuckian doesn't like larosas?!? What??

Larosa's is not good pizza at all, specifically for the price.

I enjoy it, I wouldn't say it is my favorite but I think it is good.

Yeah, that's just weird. Outside of Jet's, LaRosa's is the best "fast food" pizza chain around. Very reasonably priced as well.

Sauce is a little too sweet. Usually go with a calzone the few times I go there with my buddy.
