I believe Mason county was undefeated when they came to Boyle in the playoffs they had one of the best receivers in the state, but Boyle's 2000 team is by far the best high school team I've ever seen.

 

Mason county was 9-2 coming into that contest. Not sure which reciever you speak of... Tee Commodore was the stat leader for them, but with only 425 yards and 6 TDs, I wouldn't think he'd be one of the best in the state.

 

You may be thinking of Chris Lofton, who was a few years down the road.

I believe that Coach B will have Mercer ready to play because that is just the type of Coach he is. But after watching both teams play this year and talking to some people. I just can't see this game being a close game. No disrespect to the Titans and Coach B but Boyle is just playing a different level now and looking good. Mercer started out good but just has not had it the last few weeks. I'm thinking that injuries have really hurt them this year also.

I was on the field Sunday....fabulous shape.

 

Should it rain it can handle lots of precip. Last year in the Ft Harrod Bowl Boyle vs North Hardin, there was bunches of rain for game 1 of 2. The field held up well for both games.
