Way to Represent Trinity - Very Convincing!

Thanks for the updates @TheDeuce

Wow. Real Deal Defense.

Impressive win!

Trinity nose guard Auxier had a real solid game. The entire defense played well. McGuire rushed well after getting a chance in the second half.

Nice win T

Way to go Shamrocks!

Thanks, Deuce, for the updates..

Didn't think I would ever post this...

The offense is good but won't be great unless the line improves

But it might not matter. The defense is unreal. Could be one of the best defensive units Trinity has had and that's saying something.

Auxier and McDuffie are unreal. Herron was the fifth or sixth best defensive player on this night.

Congrats Rocks - all nice to hear.

Great job- improve.

Per Trinity statistician: Carmel had 78 yards total offense to Trinity's 349. Trinity had 12 penalties for 122 yards while the Greyhounds were whistled 6 times for 69 yards. Carmel actually had the ball 20 seconds longer than the Rocks! The Rocks rushed for 165 yards on 35 carries and Carmel earned 38 yards on 26 rushes. Bohn went 16 for 20 for 184 yards and one TD in the winning effort while the Greyhounds completed 6 of 19 with two interceptions for 40 yards. Carmel was much larger overall but their lack of team breakaway speed hurt them. Carmel's McDonald threw behind open receivers three times and the passing attack changed completely after the first interception return for a TD. This was an example of total domination and slightly surprising to me based on the previous two games between the schools.

How did Moore do?

How did Moore do?

Moore rushed three times for 16 yards and caught 76 passes for 32 yards. Rondale returned 5 punts for 17 yards. He did not score. He was keyed on by the Greyhounds and was very effective as a decoy, especially in the second half.

I figure with time the o-line will solidify. With this defense they have some breathing room.

You'd think with getting a season's worth of catches in one night he'd have had more yards. I guess Trinity doesn't block well on screens.
