Top 50 NBA Players of All-Time (Updated)

Featured Replies

Well 20 years ago the original Top 50 NBA Players of All-Time came out.

Now CBS Sports has updated it to include current players and players in the last 20 years.

At the end they list the 19 players from the original list that were displaced.

I see some rankings I would disagree with.............how about you?

CBS Sports' 5 greatest NBA players of all time: Where do LeBron, Curry rank? - CBSSports.com

I quit reading when I saw Pistol was now off the list. I went to look at that list first and lost interest in the rest of the list after seeing Pete was off but Scottie was still on

Kawhi Leonard at 50th? No way. He has such a Jordan style game, and has shown he can improve as he's getting older. Could become a top 10 player as long as he's healthy and Poppovich is in San Antonio.

I'm not a Howard fan and sorry but if he's on the list he shouldn't be ahead of Kawhi. Chris Paul at 21???

Good lord this list is dreadful. Pippen at 22? Dwight Howard, Paul Pierce, and Kawhi Leonard (eventually but not right now) on the list? Come on.

I'm a big Bird guy too so him at 8 irks me a bit.

This is my list of top 5:

1. MJ

2. Lebron

3. Magic

4. Bird

5. Kareem

Duncan ahead of Bird?? Umm...no...

Anyone who puts Dwight Howard in the top 50 does not know basketball. Also maybe I'm alone in this but is it not crazy to put Chris Paul ahead of Jason Kidd?
