No defense.

No contesting shots.

Shocked TN didn't storm the court.

TN deserved the win. But they didn't need as much help as they got. This team isn't playing like they can make an NCAA run right now

Defense sucked, and took us forever to get any flow going in the half court.

Calipari usually has his team's start figuring it out and playing their best Ball come February. Just to inconsistent currently.

Why? They've owned Cal there.

Almost no defensive stops when they needed them down the stretch. Or, if you prefer the inverse, Tennessee was clutch when they had to be down the stretch.

A lot of shine off that marquee matchup on Saturday. Strange new dynamic - one of those two teams will leave with two straight losses.

Refs were bad tonight. Very bad. But UK didn't play any D tonight, UT took over the paint on the offensive side of the ball, and Tennessee was the aggressor all night.

So, like I was informing grantnky after the South Carolina game Kentucky lets the scorers on the opponent go off almost every game. Hubbs averages 14.7, we give him 25. I usually like being right, but not when it means Ky defense is bad.

I never thought I say this. But this team kind of misses Marcus Lee. This team has no one who can block or alternate shots when people get in the lane. He would have been nice to have off the bench for the defensive side.

Gross game. Beat Kansas and all is well. These games will happen. Briscoe has lost his mojo.

Cats looked like kittens tonight. Youv'e got to be able to beat bad teams on off nights. Very disappointing.

Just one of those nights. Cats kept having those close plays go against them and weird things happening ... Monk slips, Fox loses his handle, Briscoe has a loose ball bounce off him, etc., etc. It was one of those games where it just wasn't meant to be.

Willis simply can't be on the floor in crunch time. Cal has to figure something else out.

I don't have much of a problem with the refs at all. There were a few missed calls here and there, but that happens every game. This crew was a lot better than last week's crew. UK just played bad plain and simple.

And missed a wide open layup instead of dunking it for some reason.
