...what would they look like?

 

For instance, I know a lot of people have always thought Simon Kenton was an ill fit in the 8th (as do I) and would move it to probably the 9th...which of course would prompt the move of someone else, and so forth.

 

I have always thought that Anderson not being in the same region with any of the 4 schools closest to it (Franklin Co., Frankfort, Western Hills and Mercer Co.)...even throw Burgin in there, was odd.

 

So, what would some of your boundary lines look like?

Adair County needs to be in the 4th.

 

Russell County who is in the 4th has to drive through Adair County in the 5th to get to the bulk of their schools.

 

Or Russell County back in the 12th.

I'd take the 6th and 7th regions back to the old east-west divide instead of the north-south divide it has now.

I would take the Bullitt county schools out of the 6th region.

Always thought Fleming County should be back in the 10th.

I would get Woodford county out of the 11th. Moving them to the 8th, which would put them in with neighboring Anderson. I always felt like being in the Lexington region put the Yellowjackets behind the eight ball, right off the bat!

Add Russell County to the 12th so the 12th can have all four team districts again.

I would remove Henderson County from the 2nd and place them in the 3rd. Tale Meade County from the 3rd and place them in the 5th region.
