That was Old Kentucky Home with Herbie Phelps?

 

I found the answer to my question. Herbie Phelps graduated in 1964 so he was not on that OKH team.

No, they lost to Butler in the Final 8 that year. Butler went on to beat Trinity in the semifinals and Henry Clay for the championship.
