Morgan, Bath, and East Carter are all wrong. Grant is right, but someone had already said it.

 

Morgan hasn't won a district title, but did win a playoff game in 2004.

 

East Carter won their district in 1983 (a really good year for all of their sports that year)

 

Bath County won district championships in 1985, 88, 89, 91, and 97.
