Good work, Jim! Hart County is on the list. From my calculations, only two or three schools on the list have played longer without success than has the Raiders.

I don't know about Bracken, but I know Phelps and Jenkins have been playing a long time, and even over time most schools have that one random year.

Phelps and Bracken County both. I know there may be some complaints from Bracken County because of this season, but they were in a three-way tie and got the second seed so therefore they aren't district champions.

Muhlenberg Co.

 

Muhlenberg County is correct. As an added fact, neither Muhlenberg North or Muhlenberg South either won a district or playoff game prior to consolidation.

Todd Co. Central

I don't know about Bracken, but I know Phelps and Jenkins have been playing a long time, and even over time most schools have that one random year.

 

In the case of Jenkins, it truly was one random year. Won the district title in 1963 and then tied Cumberland in the region championship. Cumberland advanced on penetrations! Besides that tie, Jenkins has never won a playoff game.

Good recent guess, but their history is fairly strong, especially in the 1980s. Won district crowns in 1973, 84, 85, 86, and 88 and have won six playoff games. Lost to Paris in the state semifinals in 1973.

Barren Co.? Seems like that school has always been similar-sized to BG, which spells trouble for schools in that area, historically.

As a hint, each of the remaining schools are right on or east of I-75
