Yes, I still believe we should pray for each other and, yes, I do believe that miracles still happen today. I don't think Tebow did this for show. He is just not afraid to naturally exhibit his faith.

Please forgive me if I misunderstood what you are trying to say. @UKMustangFan I absolutely believe in the power of prayer. I wouldn't be much of a preacher if I didn't. I however do not believe that Tim Tebow can resurrect someone that is dead. I also find it very unlikely that a man died, Tim Tebow prayed, and God decided to bring the man back to life. Usually when people tell stories like this it is to credit the NT passages regarding tongues, snakes, and the laying of hands. I simply interpret that scripture differently.

October 12, 20169 yr I bring people with seizures back to life every so often. You know how? You lay them flat, keep them still and BOOM, they come back to life. However, what's lost in this moronic narrative is that Tebow thought enough of the guy as a human being to stay with him. You can be offended about him praying for him if you want. THIS. I sure hope that someone, celebrity or not, stays with my kid, dad, spouse, sibling, etc, if he/she has a seizure. I promise to do the same for your loved ones.

October 13, 20169 yr No problem with him praying for the man at all. He didn't have to stay there and comfort the guy, could have just gone on his merry way. He should be commended for that. The story is ruined, IMO, by the ridiculous notion that Tebow brought the guy back to life. That kind of narrative is a perfect example of why so many people, myself included, can't stand hearing about Tebow. I understand that people get tired of him, I really do. But there's a lot of people who get sick of hearing about Bruce Jenner, Kapernick, the latest athlete to come out of the closet, etc that are slammed down our throats every chance the media get. But since Tebow is talking religion and Jesus, he gets chrushed. Sometimes I wish the media( left and right) would just go away. Maybe then people could actually form an opinion of their own.
