It won't take a big game for coaches to notice because they are willing to take a chance on a kid this size knowing he'll mature in 3 to 4 years. Not that there is anything wrong with his current offer list, he'll get a bigger offer, but who takes the first step is the question.

 

Remember, the question was High D1 and those staffs are not as always willing to take a chance just because of his size. Will he get bigger offers, he likely will. Will he get a High Major does depend on his summer performance imo.

Thanks OG. Big Jake had a huge night scoring against Ramey and consistently getting 6-8 PPG all week. I have seen Ramey quite a bit and they lack size for being an Adidas Gold team, so it is good to see Jake was assertive when he recognized having a size advantage. He could be a load at CovCath this season if he continues to be assertive with so many teams not having any size to match up with him. Watch out if that assertiveness with the ball takes hold.

The offer from Xavier is huge in my opinion. Chris Mack is a great talent evaluator. he is also young for his grade so I am sure they see that his upside is pretty high.

Wow this kid has really stepped up his game! Good for him, would love to see him and CJ at Xavier.

Mack was living in Edgewood but I heard he had his house for sale. If that is true, it is possible he sold his house and he moved to Independence.
