This was the one I was thinking of.

It stands out because the only other regular season loss that season was the 3OT thriller at WVU.

Really hate it but I voted Clemson as I think they win a close one. If I'm right Louisville stays in the playoff hunt and if I'm wrong and Louisville wins, then I think they go on to win the NC.

Cards now a 1-point favorite.

It was the 1st Big East game for either team and first USF win over a top 10 ranked team. The event became Amari Jackson night at RayJay. He ran for 2 TDs and passed for a third. Chad Simpson returned the 2nd half kickoff 94 yards for TD. I remember the game very well. :D

I'll be cheering for the Ville, but I think Clemson wins a close one.

The "Death Valley at night" talk is already so old, and to be honest one of my sports pet peeves in general. Clemson (and all other really good teams) win at home because they are better than the other team. Sure it doesn't hurt to be in front of friendly crowds, but the crowd doesn't decide the game.

Good teams win regardless of the atmosphere. If Clemson beats Louisville, it will be because they are a better team.

I completely agree.

Give me Clemson. Good, close game though I'd think.

I disagree with you on this one. I think home field is a major advantage, especially in college football.

I totally agree with you on this. If you ever played major college football you would know that playing at home is definitely an advantage. I would bet that the Ville would rather be at home for this game instead of Death Valley especially at night.

Ask any offensive player on any major college football team if they would rather play at home or if they would want to play at Tennessee, LSU, Clemson where you cannot hear a thing on the field especially at night and they would tell you that there definitely is a home field advantage.

I said there was an advantage.

I also said it does not decide football games.

Clemson hasn't looked anything like last year's team so far this season.

I think Cards win convincingly this Saturday then take two months off getting ready for the playoffs.

Cards 42 to 28
