Marlins have also canceled today's game with the Braves.

Simply awful. A young man so talented. Prayers for the family and his teammates.

Incredibly sad. I saw his wife is pregnant as well. Everyone around the MLB seemed to love the kid. He went through a lot to get to the MLB. Awful news.

Three other people on the boat with him, all deceased. It looks like they ran onto a rocky jetty that extended out into the water. What a tragedy.

Terrible news. Was shocked this morning when I read it

Hit it at full speed.

Was it at 3am when they wrecked? Or just found and discovered at 330am.

300 million dollar arm, a great person by all accounts, expecting a child and 2 other unknown victims. Just unreal.

I know they have been bumping his starts around, he could have been scheduled to pitch today, would he have been sleeping this morning then? Butterfly effect, unreal a kid born in 1992 gone so soon.
