September 21, 201610 yr Did it shut itself? Yes, it shut itself and the window rolled up on its own. She could have looked in the car, cleared it, and shut the door without noticing he window being up or down. Edited September 22, 201610 yr by Jumper_Dad R2

That's pretty weak. But keep taking personal jabs to excuse what looks like a changing story by the police. If you'd rather not have discussions with me use that ignore button. September 21, 201610 yr From the Chopper cam it looked like the window was open. From the picture posted here, its harder to tell do to the pixelation of the image. It is clear the sunroof is open, which may not have any bearing, unless there was some sort of weapon in that general area, like in the visor or something.
September 21, 201610 yr Well if they didn't find it when they searched and found no gun, one could assume as much. Good point. I don't know the answer to this, but I'm guessing the public isn't privy to all information right away. :idunno: Just like we didn't know if he had a gun or not at first.

But the information about no gun came out, so they obviously searched the vehicle. That would seem like a good time to indicate drugs were also found in the car. Why omit that information?

Why omit that information? Maybe they were testing it to identify exactly what it was? It looks fishy, but I wouldn't necessarily assume it was planted, because it does nothing to change the actions of the officer.
September 21, 201610 yr This may have already came up in the thread as I have not read all 22 pages but something definitely had to have happened where the guy reached or did something for both cops to shoot simultaneously. Or did they say to each other before approaching the guy "hey we're both racist pigs, lets countdown and shoot him together at the same time for no reason".

What happened and was it justified?
September 21, 201610 yr Well that is the million $$$ question. What happened and was it justified? So then should we not also be after the officer that fired the taser?

Some of the speculation from our LEO's on BGP as well as on some police sites thinks that the officer with the taser might have deployed it and the sound from it going off may have prompted the female officer to discharge her firearm.

I guess that's possible, I can't imagine how nervous/scared she was pointing a gun at the guy not really being sure of what is going on and she hears a noise then just a reaction squeeze of the trigger.
September 21, 201610 yr I'm with the Rocket guy, unless your shooting people every day, a situation this stressful would/could cause you to get quick triggered. Have gun go off next to you, you have a gun loaded and in your hands. If your both pursuing the same target I'll bet you flinch and have a reaction or a desire to shoot also. It takes a lot of practice to get away from this tendency. A lot of wrongs in this story, a lot could have been prevented from both sides. Based on what I have read(I'm sure it's not everything) this could go either way as far as charges go.
