Randy Parker Posted August 4, 2016 Posted August 4, 2016 Which of those two combinations would you prefer for a weekend evening? Dinner & Movie Theater for me.
LRCW Posted August 4, 2016 Posted August 4, 2016 Which of those two combinations would you prefer for a weekend evening? Dinner & Movie Theater for me. Will it just be me and you?
lawildcat Posted August 4, 2016 Posted August 4, 2016 Neither. Dinner at the Compound and a fire pit somewhere in the woods.
SnottieDrippen Posted August 4, 2016 Posted August 4, 2016 Amidst this drought, I'd take either. Advantage: Netflix & Chill.
swamprat Posted August 4, 2016 Posted August 4, 2016 Netflix. Mrs. S and I don't eat pizza or popcorn, so veggies and hummus? We don't go to the theater very often anymore, but when we do, we never go on the weekend. I hate watching a movie in a crowded theater, long lines, inconsiderate people talking or text and browsing on their phones, kids running around, and babies crying. If there is a movie we want to see bad enough to go to the theater, we go to the 10 PM showing on a Wednesday night. There's been many a time we've been the only 2 in the theater. And since the theaters have recliners, now, it's like being at home.
Getslow Posted August 4, 2016 Posted August 4, 2016 Netflix and Chiiiiiiill... ... and Chinese food, not pizza.
MentschTrachtGottLacht Posted August 4, 2016 Posted August 4, 2016 Will it just be me and you? That is the post of the month....really good. I busted out laughing at my desk.
Maxwell Q Klinger Posted August 4, 2016 Posted August 4, 2016 Netflix and pizza for me. Hate crowds and spending money frivolously. Plus theaters kind of gross me out.
MentschTrachtGottLacht Posted August 4, 2016 Posted August 4, 2016 Dinner and a movie at the theater in most instances, but either can be nice.
