July 29, 201610 yr 1-2 min by car and 5-6 by foot. Winner! Loser! LOL 12 steps and I'm in my office. Much better than my commute from a little over a year ago. I had to go down 2 flights of stairs. It was a bear if one of the kids or wife were in my way.
July 29, 201610 yr Last 2 commutes were 25 miles and 42 miles one way. In 30 years I had to commute to another town about 15 of those years...15 miles the shortest and 70 miles the longest one way commutes. Now I only have a 1/2 mile commute on mornings when daughter needs a ride to school.
July 29, 201610 yr 17 miles, usually 27-30 minutes. Today, I knew the rain would make it a long commute, 60 minutes.
July 29, 201610 yr 27 miles one way, from Taylor Mill to Blue Ash. Good days take about 1/2 hour. Bad days (like today) take over an hour. My longest commute was to Beavercreek, Oh, which I did for almost 2 years when I first moved to KY. That was about 70 miles one way. My shortest was when I lived in Philly.....about 7 miles one way.
July 29, 201610 yr 15 mins to work, 20-35 mins home based on morning rush...third shift has had an upside in this regard. New job working days will improve my commute to 10 mins both ways. Looking forward to it! Worked in Liberty Township and traveling from NKY to there typically ran 30-40 mins in the am. Pm was a nightmare traveling 75 or 71 home...avg was anywhere from 50 mins-1.5 hr. Nothing worse than traveling less than 10 miles/hr on the interstate for long durations!!!
July 29, 201610 yr 8 steps which is much better than the 27 min trek 1 way to Blue Ash I did for a couple years. Home office is nice but I'm not gonna lie I spend a lot of mornings at Panera.
July 29, 201610 yr 27 miles. Takes about 30-35 minutes at 6:00 AM and an hour at 5:30. Not ideal, but it is what it is. It is made worse by current construction around downtown, and if they ever get around to building a new bridge, it will be downright impossible.
July 29, 201610 yr 50+ miles, 1 hour one way. Been thru a lot of vehicles over the years. Longest day was 8.5 drive time via a blizzard.
July 29, 201610 yr Without traffic its 28 mins but that is never the case. So usually about 45 mins to an hour each way up and down 71.
July 29, 201610 yr Leave my house around 5:40 each morning. At work, in my office by 6, if not earlier. Think it's about 13.5 miles.
