No I just don't believe taking your ball and going home is a good example for young people. Do what is right play the games keep the rivalry intact and let khsaa handle the draw and seeding issue. SMH.

Augusta's argument that they need the money financially can be disputed. In the 37th, Calvary and Silver Grove seem to be doing just fine and have to beat 3 regional powers if they want money from region. They find a way to make money. Sounds like Augusta just wants their welfare check

Use it or lose it. The button works for everyone, I just got tired of trying to convince you that it hurts the communities. This discussion and the situation with the seeding has no connection to the game these young people take to the area of competition. These teams will not be playing during the season, All A tourney and District aside. Our communities will be the losers.

Not a lot of good coming out of any of these actions for anyone....too bad that a tradition that has stood since 1934, which both schools are HUGE on, is going to be torn down because of a petty decision by a few.....

Just looked at Bracken County's schedule on riherds. Looks like St Pat will be play @ Bracken County. However the Polar Bears won't go to downtown Maysville.

The seed/draw debate will be brought up next week at the volleyball district draw. Will anything change? Augusta volleyball has a record of 1-15 and scheduled St Pat 5 times. It looks like they replaced the missing Bracken games with each other.

Just looked up the stats, Augusta is 1-16 all year with a win over St Pat. They have played each other 5 times.
