I think the la is correct. Not because they are allies but because they seem to have a Mutually Assured Destruction (MAD) and certainly a mutual dislike of each other.

 

As far who makes her and Bill dissapear if she is not in the WH next January - its hard to say. They owe many who were counting on HR being Prez. Those mega-donations from foreigners and domestics to the Clinton Foundation where not to help the children of the world.

While I believe in due process for criminal chages its clear that HR broke the law. The basic facts are direct conflict with so many specific laws and regulations. Indictment, trial, and beyond a reasonable doubt are all used for criminal procedings and may end up in play here.

 

But one should not need to wait for due process to know if someone is so corrupt, so incapable to telling the truth, and has almost a life-long track record of lying in official proceedings that they are completely disqualified for an office.

It's not given she has broken the law. That may be proven in court or it may not due to not enough evidence. That has little to do with party lines and more to do with the justice system.

Mrs. Clinton has said repeatedly that she never sent or received emails "Marked Classified" at the time the were sent or received. She keeps saying that every time she is asked about this and he campaign repeats it in nearly every response.

 

Maybe they weren't marked "Classified or Top Secret" at the time...does that mean she's clear and has no worries?

 

Lets consider this for a minute...If I know classified or secret information and I email that information to others on a non secure network...did I break the law...even though I didn't tag the email as classified or top secret? That in and of itself is telling that she was sending emails and didn't realize she was sending material that should have been listed as "Classified" or higher. By circumventing the correct process her emails weren't vetted correctly and no one had a chance to see if they should have been Classified before she sent them.

 

Part of the reason, outside of basic security, for using the official servers of the State Department is so that emails can be vetted and tagged as Classified or Top Secret in needed.

 

The reason these Emails are NOW tagged as "Classified" or "Top Secret" is because the state department didn't see them to vet them until they were recovered from her server. I'd be willing to bet that many of those emails should have and would have been listed as "Classified" or "Top Secret" had they went through the proper channels instead of through her closet server.

 

Lastly if China and other countries can hack into Google, Microsoft, Boeing and others...I'm pretty sure they were reading her emails in real time.

 

Did she willfully put people in danger, no I don't think so.

Did she through her own hubris show a disregard for the rules that may have endangered others, absolutely.

Constitution doesn't say anything about being investigated by the FBI. Again innocent until proven guilty, and the court of public opinion doesn't count.
