Delay is not exactly an impartial non partisan here. If Hillary were not a candidate for President, would this even be an issue? I don't think so. Hillary can be defeated based on the merits of her politics. You don't need politically motivated prosecutions. There is no guarantee she even wins the nomination.

For your reward you get Bernie Sanders on the national stage hammering income inequality when one (possibly two) billionaire tries to convince America that he knows how to make America great by building a wall. Socialist anyone ? Anyone? May just want to smack her on the wrist for her crimes , or those far left loons will be running the Whitehouse.

If she did what she is being accused of then Yes she needs to be indicted. If she did not, then she does not need to be indicted. Thats easy. If indicted it would be for the mishandling of classified emails not hardly a capital offense that you are hoping and the punishment would be minimal at the most unless you count not getting to be president. That's politics and that is the only reason this is news.

From what I read twotoplace is Tom Delay says the FBI is ready to offer forth the evidence to indict Hillary Clinton. That makes him the messenger. Now if this is true, and they send the evidence to the Attorney General and she chooses not to indict based on who this is, I will ask you? What would you do? Would you indict her if the evidence supports that or does she get a free pass?
