January 31, 201610 yr In the end, anyone, including Mrs. Clinton should be indicted if the facts bear out that she broke the law. I don't think anyone disagrees with that.
January 31, 201610 yr It is pretty much fact that she broke the law. The law does not give her a break if she passed along classified information on her private server. Whether it is classified at the time does not matter. Also, as the freaking Sec of State, don't you think she should know what is classified or not, whether it has a stamp on it or not? Does anyone really think she wouldn't know if something was vitally important (classified) when some of the emails now are so secretive that the State Dept won't even release redacted versions? What gets me is that people think she is so smart but then will give her a pass on doing something so incredibly STUPID as using a personal server to get and receive classified information. Amazing...

My guess is there have been conversations between HRC and BO where she has told him that if you send Loretta Lynch to indict me, I will take you down with me. You cannot convince me that BO did not converse with HRC on her private email server. If he did, then he is culpable too. I just saw this morning that they now have an email between Kerry and HRC that has a bunch of redacted stuff on it. He is now probably involved.
January 31, 201610 yr I think the real crime she should be investigated for is her misuse of position as Sec of State in obtaining money for the Clinton Foundadtion from other countries with promises of contracts and special favors for high donors. The whole Clinton Foundation is a scam to launder money for her campaign, personal gain, and nest egg for Chelsea I could not agree more with this post... There is smoke (coincidences) where the Clinton Foundation got money from foreign countries and then the country got special favors from the US Govt. I have heard that this is part of the FBI investigation.
