January 12, 201610 yr I wanted Alabama to win, but I LOVE Dabo & Watson. Clemson was so fun to watch. That onside kick call by Saban, though. Game turned on that play.

January 12, 201610 yr I really do like Dabo and the Clemson program. I do too. Clemson hat, probably next on my list...I've liked them for years as a guy I used to work with was on the Championship team in 81...well he had a Championship ring, not sure what he did.
January 12, 201610 yr A very enjoyable, entertaining game to watch. As it was winding down in the fourth quarter, I thought about how much more fun it was watching these players just playing their hearts out and no punk, trash talking bull crap taking place. I didn't see any of that stuff and it was noticeable to me watching. Just hard nosed competitive football and respect on both sides. One of my favorite championship games ever to watch.

January 12, 201610 yr What a football game to watch, fitting of a championship game ! I personally couldn't help but pull for Clemson, D. Swinney and qb D. Watson. What class acts they are. Clemson fought, scratched and clawed all the way to the absolute end. That last TD drive and effort, heart proved that. Clemson's star CB going out in the 2nd half hurt. Clemson's only weakness at all this season was special teams and imo that's where Alabama Won this game....a blocked Clemson FG, k/o return for TD, perfectly executed On sides kick/ recovery. Alabama is Alabama, they won this game, Clemson didn't lose it. Congrats to the true Bama fans on bgp, the Tide players, coaches deserved the win. IMO both of these teams will be back in the hunt for a playoff bid. Clemson had one of the youngest teams in College football, not only Watson back, practically everyone coming back. One more Shout Out to Our Ol' BGP Buddy ... "Alabama Larry", once again he had the best seat in the house from heaven. Another good NCAA football season in the books ... :thumb:
