I consider it a tax on the mathematically challenged. But for a few bucks when it's this high, I get my money back just in the entertainment of dreaming.

There is no doubt it is a regressive tax. The people who can least afford it are paying the most of the cost.

Assuming the reporting is correct, the amount received that goes towards eduction makes it hard for me to ever object
