Traitors according to some so this will be justified. I wish some here that loves the written law so much would be for the enforcement of all the laws, lets say ILLEGAL immigrants and such laws that are not being enforced by the Federal Government. Clearly a double standard.

I am guessing the right hand. I cant see it in his left. This might clear that up. This angle looks bad though, but his right hand might hold a pointed gun.

Well if his right hand already was holding the gun, I think the shot would have been warranted.

 

If you have a gun, you don't raise it up...you drop it. That could be why the first shot was fired.

That's right, he had a gun that was found on him and more where he was sitting in the truck. Of course telling the FBI that he'd never be taken alive probably wasn't the smartest thing to do either.

Article linked in previous post stated that his left hand was raised but appeared to be reaching into his coat with his right hand (according to report). Not sure that can either be verified or dispelled in the video.

Yes he did, almost striking an officer. But he was not shot at that time, was shot after he exited from the truck.
