July 28, 200620 yr Reds take a big series from the Stro's, who do we have next? Trip to Beer Town... And the Reds will have to face both Ohka and Sheets. They will have their work cut out for them.

He said it took away some of his power (though it didn't show last night) but lets him have a qucker swing.Whatever it is he sure is hot right now.If Jr. can find his eye, then look out!!
July 28, 200620 yr No starter announced for Saturday’s game yet. Who in AAA could come up and give the Reds a quality start? Could there be a trade in the works? BTW. Homer had another awesome outing last night, 6 scoreless innings.

July 28, 200620 yr His hands seem to be further behind his head too. I did not really catch that. Good point. Sometimes just a slight change gets you back in the swing. With as many games as they play there will be ups & downs.

July 28, 200620 yr Joe Mays has accepted an assignment to Louisville. I'm actually a little surprised. Either there was NO ONE biting at all, or he honestly thinks this team is going to keep getting better (meaning this year and next year) and he hopes to get it fixed enough to be called on again to help. I wish him luck down there.
