Happy to see B.G. win again.

Watching the game into the 4th quarter it felt like Bowling Green was blowing Pulaski out. Then you look at the scoreboard and Pulaski was inside the red zone with a chance to tie it at 14. Didn't seem possible.

 

Congratulations to BG and kudos to Pulaski for their run and for hanging in there until the end. Was a pleasure to watch these two teams.

I thought the BG secondary was exceptional.

 

Hall simply had nowhere to throw and his primary reads were almost exclusively taken away.

While the spread was about what I expected I did think both teams would score a bit more. Congrats to the Purples and to PC on a very nice 3 year run.

Five years.

 

Three losses.

 

Four State Championships.

First off Congratulations to the boys at BG. We are very proud of you. Excellent season, thank you for the ride!

 

Secondly, Pulaski is an exceptional program and a class act. I cannot count how many times I saw them help our boys up, pat them on the helmet or pads, and showed great sportsmanship in coming up short. That team is built of great kids.

 

Mr Riley Hall is a treat to watch at QB. I can see why that kid will be missed so much in Pulaski. Him and Johnson were something special together.

 

It has been an excellent season as a Purple fan, now time to relish in it for a few months(and I will). I say it again, Congratulations Purples!

The Purples really gelled at the end of the season and were playing as well as any team in the state not named Male, during the playoffs.

Would have loved to have seen a rematch with St X later in the year or a game with SKenton, Scott Co or Lafayette.. I think the Purples were playing well enough that they could have won against any of those teams.

I think losing to St. X early was a good thing for this team. Gave them a reality check, while also understanding that the Graves Co game was not a fluke. They understood they need to put in more work and start playing as a team. And boy, did they do that?! This group of seniors really took charge and were great leaders! I can only hope that the classes below them have seen the leadership this year and coninue it for years to come! Thanks for the ride this year, kids!! Thank you class of 2016

That's one team I wouldn't want to see BG play.. They played great ball to end the year, but, Male would beat those guys by 30 points or more, 9 of 10 times, 40 or more 3 times, 50 or more 2 times, they'd play them within 20 maybe 1 time.. Just way to bid a talaent differential
