November 25, 201510 yr I really love Matthews. I hope he gets some more minutes as the season progresses. Same here. He reminds me some of Desmond Allison, except a bit taller.
November 25, 201510 yr Another very strong effort by Poythress, the Cats with some experience with another great freshmen class ..... Life is good in Lexington. U.K. will battle it out with Vandy imo for the SEC title. I love how Ulis has taken leadership role with this team, he just looks sure himself in that role along with A.P.. Just show up and take care of business, Win and move on. I really like how this team plays. Improvement needed everywhere ? Of course. Will this team bond and keep improving ? Imo, Yes. Next up - to Miami and the Antigua coached USF team. ....
November 25, 201510 yr Cats kinda cruising right now, did that some last year. It will be interesting to see how they play when they play the better teams on the schedule, for the most part last years team rose to the occasion and beat them down.
November 25, 201510 yr I really love Matthews. I hope he gets some more minutes as the season progresses. Same here, he really goes all out every second that he's in. Makes mistakes but most imo are what I call "hustle mistakes", those can be corrected with more pt.

November 25, 201510 yr I really love Matthews. I hope he gets some more minutes as the season progresses. I like him as well. Thinking he will likely be around next season. The Cats are so deep and versatile at the 1-3. Love it.
November 25, 201510 yr UK was 3-15 from the 3 pt. line (20%). Double ouch. I thought they were shooting the three ball to quick at times. Willis pulled the trigger very quickly a couple times and Murray's airball. The coach in me says, we can get those threes any time we want, penetrate the lane and kick out. Those are the ones we need to take.
