Zeke Elliott is going off on the play calling.

Not good. Blamed staff for not putting them in position to win.

Elliott says he will not return.

While I totally agree with him, he needs to shut up about it.

This is not good. Seems like they are having a meltdown. They have to play Michigan next week and probably in a major bowl and guys are talking about whether they are coming back next year? Very disappointing to hear this kind of talk...

Changes have to be made.

OSU win and MSU loss, then OSU plays Iowa, right??

Yes both Michigan teams would have 2 conference losses

Changes have to be made.

Agreed but a player should never call out staff in season.

Elliott: "lack of effort by coaches "

Elliott's dad says Zeke was in the hospital on Monday and Tuesday with an infection.

Is this what Meyer does? Wins and then eventually mismanaged the talent so bad it becomes toxic? If the players have turned on the coaches this may end like his UF tenure did.

Hate to think like that but you almost have to.

I didn't know this before the game, but Zeke was in the hospital on Wednesday, but says he was 100%. Maybe they put a game plan together assuming he wouldn't be 100% and decided to stick to the game plan anyways. That's my only thought on the game plan. I think a player with the stature and resume of Zeke has the right to question the play calling. I have 0 problem with that because he was 100% correct. They could have ran him more. They targeted Michael Thomas one time. Braxton got like 2 touches, but was open deep for a touchdown and JT over threw him cause he got railed. A player the caliber of Bosa can't jump offsides 3 times. Twice on third and long. Unacceptable. Maybe cost him the overall #1 pick. But for the love of everything, Urban Meyer has by no means lost the locker room. It will take a lot more than 1 loss for that to happen. No excuses. MSU had a game plan and came in and executed their game plan to a tee. Props to them. OSU will be back though. It took a loss to Michigan State 2 years ago that fired them up to go on their run last year. JT returns, have some great recruits coming in. Ohio State is still Ohio State. I think Urban saw the value of a great OC tonight. He probably should have taken over the play calling in the second half, but I will never question Urban. If I were Ohio State, I would call up Tom Herman. Offer him anything he wants, because you know OSU can afford it, and simply name him the coach in waiting like some other schools have done. Won't happen, but it's wishful thinking. Congrats MSU, outplayed and outcoached OSU tonight. Can't wait to get them back in East Lansing next year. Go Bucks!
