November 4, 201510 yr Bama is a top 4 team, and I dislike them dearly. When they lose it takes some type of crazy punt return, a 5 TO game, something silly. This is precisely what gets me going about Bama. There is such a double standard with them. "Whenever they lose its because of something fluky." That is such crap. They had 5 TO's against Ole Miss because Ole Miss has a good defense and Bama doesn't have a QB. Then when they played A and M and they had 4 TO's everyone was like "yeah Bama has such a great defense they caused they turnovers." So when Bama has a bunch of TO's it's fluky, but when someone else does it's because Bama has such a great defense. It's such bull crap. Bama lost to Ole Miss because Jake Coker and or Cooper Bateman sucks. Period.
November 4, 201510 yr Gave up 61 points to Baylor... 2 arena football teams. Just like your Ohio State team last year. TCU was playing their best football at the end of the season. I said it last year at the time and I still stay true to it. There was only two teams in the country that possibly had a chance to beat OSU at the end of last season with as good as OSU was playing, and TCU was one of them. TCU last year could score a bunch, but also against most teams could hold them down too. This year though I agree that TCU basically is only an offensive team. Last year they had the defense, and should be happy they weren't in the playoff over say a Florida State.
November 4, 201510 yr I think these rankings show that there is still a lot of subjectivity involved - it's not straight math. Ohio State is a perfect example. 99% of people think they're top 4 based on an eyeball test BUT the numbers fail to show it. No great wins. SOS is fair at best. Yet they're #3. Subjectivity. So you don't think there's any subjectively in the SOS numbers? Eye ball test is only true way. I look at Bamas schedule to date. Who is any good?

The committee uses the eye ball , to the chagrin.of SEC fan who has been brain washed to believe that SOS is completely objective rather than a program designed with subjectivity.
