Don Lemon has been getting destroyed on Twitter since this incident came out. Destroyed. :lol2:

And in other news, water is wet.

Don't mess with cops and they won't throw you across a room. It seems so simple to me yet so many people can't seem to understand.

Lame.

Poor decisions made do not give officers carte blanche.

Where in that video does it show her messing with the cop and giving him reason to treat her like he did? Not one person is condoning her behavior but to act like the cop's behavior wasn't crossing the line is befuddling.

Sorry but I just follow the PC mindset. Post a few articles about policemen saving lives and risking their own for what they make annually.

I can't watch the video yet but in general...don't mess with cops and you'll be fine.

The great work they do does not mean they cannot be criticized and given free reign. I assume that doesn't have to be stated.

Salary is also irrelevant. No one is forcing anyone to take the job.

If he didn't pick her up and toss her then how did she get from sitting in her desk to laying on the floor by the door? Come on now, JD.

He flipped her desk over while she was sitting in it and then hurled across the floor like a bowling ball while parts of her body were still wrapped around the desk. Is that a more accurate statement of his excessive abuse?

Yes that is more accurate description of what happened.

Joe said he didn't really have a problem with the chair and her getting flipped over. He said he had an issue with her getting picked and thrown down...that didn't happen. After the chair flipped over he pulled her and slid her across the floor. But after the chair flip he didn't "pick her up and throw her"...that's all I'm saying.

Yeah he slid her across the floor but he didn't throw her or slam her to the floor after the chair flipped over.

I just googled this: officer throws student to the ground student reactions

This thread is on the first page of the results. Go BGP!

You've posted roughly 30 articles about perceived bad behavior by police officers in the last year. I'm just trying to figure your agenda out.

Watch the video then......

Watch the video then......

I'm going to soon

The female part of it makes it disturbing for me also. That part bothers me more than anything.

If this were a 16 year old boy I doubt it makes the news. After reading and thinking this over even more. I have no clue why a grown man would ever toss a female like that.

He has to pick her up to hurl her. Even if he lifted her 2 inches off of the ground he still lifted her/picked her up. He didn't slide her across the floor. He threw her/hurled her down the floor. And the chair didn't flip over on it's own. He flipped the chair.
