I will vote, but not casting one in the...

...Governors race. I just can't bring myself to do it. I'm a conservative, have an R next to my name on my registration, but I wouldn't trust Bevin any further than I could throw him. Same about Conway, plus I don't agree with his politics in general, and his 100% negative add campaign is horrendous. Drew Curtis isn't taking the election seriously in my mind (wife is his running mate). Why would I vote for him?

I'm sorry, but none of these men have done anything to persuade me to give them my vote. So, since I can't bring myself to vote for either of them, I guess I wont cast one for that race.

One of the three is going to win , Bevin is your best representative . Lot of 1/2 truths been thrown his way . Don't believe all of it .

Bevin is bad.

Conway is awful.

Curtis is a joke.

Bevin it is.

Sadly, I don't think you will be the only one who won't cast a vote either way. And, on the other hand, there will also be people out there who could have Mickey Mouse on their ballot, and would still vote for them depending on if they had a (D) or ® next to the name.

Gatewood write-in for old time's sake.

I nominate my friend Mountain Ref :)

Heiner and his own money in the Republican race drew enough to cause a close loss by Comer to Bevins. That's what brought us to where we are in our choices. A ton of Dems were very willing to vote for Comer. Oh well, Bevin is probably the lesser of the evils I guess.

Write in Jason Alexander. I just want to see if I can get enough write in votes to make the Election Day coverage on the news. :D

That'd be awesome. And Jason Alexander comes in 6th place with 36 votes. Word.

I might do this. And to be clear, I'll put "PurplePride92" in parenthesis. That way another Jason Alexander doesn't get my vote. :lol2:

Thank you for your support. :thumb:

V, vote for someone. Even if it's a write-in. It's gonna take baby steps to start getting away from the 2-party stranglehold.

I always encourage everybody to cast a ballot. Even if they're sitting on the other side of the aisle.

I would've nominated Clyde...but, I think he may have lost the dog owners' vote after today.

I had one in my hometown — lived around the corner from me for a while. Could be a vote-splitting situation.
