Hook and Ladder? Got beat on a trick play?

So I ask again, did Chuck Smith get outcoached by Lexington Catholic?

Would it be because of that one play?

More out-talented. I watched tape on Boyle and just like last season their secondary is just a mismatch athletically against the Knights, even more so when Robbins isn't out there at Safety.

The trick play was a great play call (with someonions)..but what I saw was Boyle got beat by a mixture of not having enough speed in the secondary and a lack of execution on Offense.

Field position and big plays doomed the Rebs.

What was the time left and down and distance when this happened?

The BC o-line didn't protect Josey real well, secondary got burned and there were several dropped passes by the WRs. I wouldn't say Smith was outcoached our guys just got out played.

Trick play happened with just over a minute left. Not sure on down and distance.

Chuck Smith hasn't defeated LexCath of Mark Perry since he returned to Boyle County. Chuck Smith has only lost 3 games since he returned to Boyle County. All to LexCath.

Yes they got out coached I'm still dumbfounded by all the squib kicks Catholic was the better team tonight.

@JackLambert I don't get all the squib kicks either. Every once in a while sure but every time? That's putting a lot of pressure on your defense.

Smith must've been great if the talent gap was so wide. How'd he ever keep it within one score?

Just in the secondary vs our receivers. Teams are very even elsewhere.

Out coached? No!

Out played? Yes!

Lex Cath is to good to give them the ball around midfield on almost every possession .
