September 21, 201511 yr This knocked UK out of a bowl game. Barker needs a shot. this team has nothing to lose. Missouri, EKU, Charlotte, Vandy and Louisville all still to play...........Plus a pretty bad Auburn team. Not like they have Ole Miss, Alabama or LSU on schedule.

If their D keeps playing the way they have every other game on their schedule is winnable. I don't think they will win those other 2 but they are winnable.

September 21, 201511 yr Our right tackle is a freshman, bless his heart. He was over-matched against the pass rusher Florida had on him and it wasn't even close.

How in the world can we not recruit a QB beats me, other teams have back up QB's step in and they are still winning and playing well. Patrick is a great kid, he is not a SEC QB, enough said, however if they would run him more, he would have more success, more like what Florida ran with Tebow. His accuracy is awful, yes the dropped TD hurt, but honestly should of never been thrown, double coverage. Barker is not the answer either, time to go all in for a QB, we only started 2 kids from Ky, and one of the is Towles.
September 21, 201511 yr What are you smoking?? UK is 2-1 with a road win in conference. After we win the next 2 games we'll be 4-1 and the ship will be righted. One game doesn't make or break the season. What a fickle bunch... One loss and no bowl game??? Well...the loss probably killed our chance for a national championship.:bag:

September 21, 201511 yr WKU kid will be 3-4th round pick, Patrick could start at G-town, who in the SEC is he better than? Florida's QB was awful as well, but at least he scrambled. I like Patrick's leadership, he just isn't a passer, and a QB has to be able to make easy passes at least. He doesn't read the defense quickly enough and hangs on to the ball way to long, that good enough?
September 21, 201511 yr No better time to at least let Barker see what he can do, UK has Mizzo this week, EKU next week (same level of QB), and get 12 days to prepare for Auburn, if it fails at least Auburn will have to prepare for 2 QB's.

Numbers after 3 games with many of those games being against bad teams are a poor basis.
