Just tuning in and haven't caught up on the threads yet. Any HB "going streaking in the quad" sightings yet?

Congrats to Cooper on the win. They absolutely out performed Highlands in every aspect of the game except one. Highlands kicker put the ball in the end zone all 3 times. Really the only bright spot. Birds have a lot to work on this week. I say that's enough from me on this one. Good luck to Cooper the rest of the way. And good luck to my Birds.

Highlands used to be the best coached and the most in shape team in high school football......not anymore!! Could be the worst HHS team since the Jack Eicher era..

They are coming off another state title championship. They won something like 7 out of the last 8 years. They are Highlands. You do know other teams can actually be better every once in awhile right? Highlands is big and fast. They will be fine. It wasn't the QB's fault tonight. Cooper shut down the run game by dominating the line on defense. It happens. Cooper has a good line and Marcus Watson is a beast to deal with, just ask Hebel. It happens. Highlands has 9 more games before the playoffs. They will be fine.

Highlands coaches were very professional and nice after the game

 

I wished them luck the rest of the way and they were very cordial. They handled it great. I wouldn't want to be in the bus afterwards yet. Best of luck the rest of the way Birds.

I forgot to post his stats for a certain SK fan who said he wasn't very good against good teams. Torrey Cordell-Armstrong won MVP of the game

and had 3 TD's and rushed for 189 yards rushing.
