Expected to speak for around an hour due to another commitment later Friday evening. Paul will take questions only from local business leaders but none from general public or media according to the Chamber President.

August 19, 201511 yr Rand Paul is not the candidate of young Republicans....... I disagree 1000% . Young Republicans are leaning more and more libertarian. Paul is the face of that movement.
