July 16, 201511 yr If we are going to boycott a state for having a group being racially insensitive, you best move on out of Kentucky or any other state for that matter.
July 16, 201511 yr Agree, our President should be treated with more respect than that. I thought you had to earn respect to be respected. Something he hasn't done IMO
July 16, 201511 yr I thought you had to earn respect to be respected. Something he hasn't done IMO I respect the office and the men. All of them. The great, the terrible, and those in between. I may disagree with and I may poke fun at and I may even rail against their foibles and misdeeds. But I still respect them.
July 16, 201511 yr Any conservative who is ok with people waving a flag as a racist statement should be embarrassed. Anyone. Conservative, liberal, or fair and balanced.
July 16, 201511 yr You can add Oklahoma to the list of places I'm going to avoid at all costs. Is Cincinnati on your list also or Boone County...you surely don't go to either of them either do you?
July 16, 201511 yr I watched the entire speech he made and not once did he mention Christ. He said their faith, etc, but it was as generic as it could have been. Glad he sang "Amazing Grace", as it is an awesome song. He sung it horribly, but I give him credit for giving it a go. I didn't see him in Cincinnati for the eulogy for the police officer that was killed. I am watching what he does and doesn't do, and everything he does has a political purpose. Not much longer to deal with him though and he knows the clock is running out. Amen. As someone who has spent much of his life involved in liturgical music I personally can't stand that song. Maybe it's because I grew up with a more traditional catholic musical bent. But not a fan. I know it puts me in the minority and makes me a threadjacker.

I can't respect anyone who trades a deserter for 5 terrorist while not helping a marine in Mexico or the hostages Iran has. And that's just the beginning.
July 17, 201511 yr I can't respect anyone who trades a deserter for 5 terrorist while not helping a marine in Mexico or the hostages Iran has. And that's just the beginning. We agree to disagree. And that's fine. Neither one of us will be sent to the Gulag for our opinion.
July 17, 201511 yr You can add Oklahoma to the list of places I'm going to avoid at all costs. I'm giving UKMustang a mulligan on this one. He is either saying this in jest or was just blowing off steam after seeing some characters acting in very poor taste. No way you boycott an entire area because of 5-10 idiots. You literally could not visit any city in the US...even a city the size of Mayberry...

I always thought that Floyd the barber was a sleazeball.
July 17, 201511 yr I hate when people disrespect the President but the beauty of our country is the ability to freely and loudly disagree with the President.
July 17, 201511 yr Oklahoma black man leads presidential protest by waving Confederate Flag | KFOR.com It is a red, white and blue that, for many, carries a message of hate… but that’s not the point these folks want to get across. “We don’t believe it’s a symbol of racism,” Andrew Duncomb, an organizer in Oklahoma City who calls himself “the Black Rebel” says.
