You can add Oklahoma to the list of places I'm going to avoid at all costs.

Very sad.

Agree, our President should be treated with more respect than that.

It may not have bothered the president, personally, but who I really feel bad for is those kids there who had to watch this disgrace. It doesn't look like they were with anyone in that group, as they and the adults there were around had cameras out. But, the kids get a first hand encounter of how evil hate can be.

I don't even get their point. Obama did not order the removal of the flag in question. All he did was go to Charleston, give a eulogy and sing "Amazing Grace"...which by the way, everyone is remarkably quiet on.

Oklahoma achieved statehood in 1907. Just thought that was important to note.

Liberals don't like it when their game is played on them.

Be tolerant Liberals. Be tolerant.

I watched the entire speech he made and not once did he mention Christ. He said their faith, etc, but it was as generic as it could have been.

Glad he sang "Amazing Grace", as it is an awesome song. He sung it horribly, but I give him credit for giving it a go.

I didn't see him in Cincinnati for the eulogy for the police officer that was killed.

I am watching what he does and doesn't do, and everything he does has a political purpose. Not much longer to deal with him though and he knows the clock is running out. Amen.

I've never really thought of Oklahoma as the south but it just shows morons know no state boundaries.

You got that right.

Is that the only picture? If so are we going to blame an entire state for something a handful of idiots did? At first glance of the title of the thread, I thought maybe there were state or city officials involved or something. I mean, there are idiot protesters at nearly every event/visit a sitting president makes. Don't know yet if we should be so hard on Oklahoma.

There we have it. I knew that some people would find ways to bash him for doing it. No mention of Christ, his singing was bad, he doesn't do this for everyone that is killed, etc. Got it.

You missed the first part of my post. What is the point of waving a Confederate flag at our president?

Obviously those guys are probably idiots . But it doesn't look like a large number of people.

Would NKY want to be judge by the 5 or 6 Klan members who had a rally on Dixie HWY back in May?

I think we can all condem the actions of a few without portraying a whole state as bad.

Any conservative who is ok with people waving a flag as a racist statement should be embarrassed.
