Jax Tavern

A buddy of mine opened a sports type bar/restaurant in Forest Park called Jax Tavern. It used to be the BW3 next to Walmart. Check them out when you can. Menu isn't very big, they are concentrating on the quality of what they do instead the quantity of menu items. We ate there on the grand opening, the pulled pork nachos where awesome and I had a burger and it was very good as well. Give them a shot. Owners are NKY grads (NCC and HC I believe) and so it the chef. Chef has ran quite a few upper end type restaurant and country clubs.

We ate there on Wednesday night for the soft opening. The inside is very nice, with lots of big screen TVs. All the food we tried was very good. If you are in that area, you should stop in and give it a try.
