Ouch!!

To even publish a poll like this is a waste of time.

 

If the coaches that vote don't take it serious enough to put the teams in the correct order, then the person compiling the data should just do away with the results. It makes the group look silly to post the teams in this order.

Funny to laugh at HHS down there with 2 points, below Cov Latin and Heritage. Just hilarious.

 

I'll submit that they should have zero 0 - like Beechwood, Brossart, Walton, and Ryle.

 

I can come up with 13 teams without much thought that should be considered in a N Ky top 10. All the other teams getting votes or even being listed as others receiving votes invalidates the poll.

The Enquirer polls have always been confusing, along with some of the NKY HS articles they print.................space fillers...

I don't put much thought into the coaches poll. I remember during my senior year, we were ranked behind Scott and Dayton in football. There was no way in heck they were better.

Maybe if Highlands stepped up and schedule Heritage or Cov. Latin they would be better prepared for a better showing on the weekly poll.

 

And who do you root for? Silver Grove?

The teams that should not have others receiving votes would be any team who hasn't at least beaten a Top 10 team all year. I don't know who all of those teams are, but Beechwood has beaten one Top 10 team this year. Just saying before anyone starts bashing teams.

Latin is in front of HC it's 100% invalidated.

The larger problem is that no one on the Enqy sports desk is weeding out these frivolous ballots. Possibly because there is no NKY Enqy sports desk anymore.

This coach and any other one that sends in this bull hockey needs to have their voting privileges revoked. They are a complete embarrassment as a coach.

The obvious flaw here being that Villa is totally disrespected in light of their margin of victory over a ranked Heritage team ......... :ohbrother:
