Big-Time battle royale at NewCath Tuesday Feb. 17th.

The Rocks visit the "hill" on Tuesday looking for a little revenge as the Breds ended their 25 game home court winning streak last year, 45-44. Coincidentally, the Bred haven't lost a home game (18 straight) since Jan 10, 2013, when they lost 50-48 to CovCath. Trinity comes into this game sporting a 21-5 mark, while NewCath stands at 25-3.

Whatcha got on this one?

I'll take Mother Nature by 6 to 12

With these being private schools will they play if school is canceled? Does KHSAA allow that.

I'm sure Trinity could just charter a few helicopters.

I would think by Tuesday afternoon, any snow that has fallen will be cleared from the highways making safe travels to Newport.

Hopefully Ray goes for his third consecutive 20+ game and it results in a W.

Yes, KHSAA allows as a lot of public schools do it.....

I say NewCath wins a close on because of Pangallo's passing and Weyer's all around play. 'Breds 61-58.

Being at home I'll go with NewCath to win a close, competitive game from two of the best in the state.

Lawnboy13 or anyone else, I'm planning on going to NewCath for the first time for this one, assuming I'm not snowed in. Not sure of the size of the gym or expected crowd and that sort of thing, any suggestions on when one should get there to beat the crowd?

If Dick Urlage and Buddy Moore are reffing the game, I'll take NCC.

Game in the 40's or low 50's: NCC

Game higher than mid 50's: Trinity

If you're here for the start of JV game (6:00) you'll be fine.

1950's gym ' date=' get there early .[/quote']

Parking is a bigger reason than the gym.

Would love to see this game, but we have a game at Walton that night... sorry LB
