Bball fan either partying his butt off or working on a ten chapter novel summation of game.

Is it possible to OD on basketball........NO! Congrats to CCH. Quite a long night. Let's do it again.

I'll be short and sweet, so I don't catch the wrath of the NewCath faithfully.

Disclaimer: the next game I coach will be my 1st high school hoops coaching gig.

How pray tell do you beat a team with 5 players 6'7"-7'0" and then lose to a team with a 6'4" & 6'6" player?

How/why do you let the the other team dictate the flow of the game?

You have arguably the best two big men in the state, yet fail to pound it inside against smaller defenders?

Congrats to CovCath, you outplayed the Breds in EVERY facet of the game.

The well oil machine sprung a leak tonight, complete embarrassment.

Good thing about this game......in the grand scheme of things it doesn't matter, However, fix the issues and make amends for the one that really matters. Good night all.

Well said. New Cath will get it right - great coach, great players - keep the faith. God needs the devil, the Beatles needed the Rolling Stones - NCC needed this one to get ready for the big ones in March. Good luck until, hopefully, Part II.

Congrats to Cov Cath on the win. Hopefully this game makes NCC even better.

....

Enjoyed seeing some great folks tonight: Bird Brain, Clyde, Randy Parker (and Little Ms RP), AME, B-Ball-Fan, LAWildcat, Walter, and Mexitucky. If you can find a better guy than Randy Parker, I'd like to see him. What a gentleman.

Spent some time with Beetle on the concourse....what an outstanding young man. 9th Region is going to miss him.

As Clyde and LawnBoy will attest, I'm a huge fan of Andy Flood and I'm thrilled for him. Not only did he score well, he did a great job on Zach before the cramp.

Cole was really solid, hit his foul shots, and has a great maturity to his game.

Nice offensive output from Cooper.

Happy for Noah to knockdown a 3 in the first half. As Clyde said, Grant Romes worked his tail off tonight. Great effort by him.

Hepp and Sweeney with some big minutes tonight and they provided some stability when Bo was saddled with foul issues and the injury.

Fun night tonight.

Congrats to the blue boys. They were the better team tonight. Breds can't ever seem to get it together at the BOK.

Does NCC have any more games at BOKC prior to the 9th Region Tournament?

I actually like players that have a little attitude and can back it up with their play.

Speaking of playing with attitude...I walked away as impressed by Cooper Theobald as anyone I seen in the three games tonight!!

My Dad said it perfectly, "They are snake bit here." Perfect example is to start the 2nd half and McDonald misses 3 consecutive put backs. That has probably happened twice in his whole life. Then the free throw fiasco. Just unlucky stuff.

Stats won't reflect it but Romes played really, really well tonight. Not a surprise to those who follow CCH. He battled and made life hard for NCC. They did score but he put a big strong body and added to some fatigue late in the game.

You are a one man Romes fan club.

Do they play there at all before tourney? It would be nice to exorcise some demons before they start playin' for keeps!

Andy Flood definitely got his jump shot from his mother, his dad's attempt to win the Mercedes was lackluster! Had a great time tonight with my son, saw a lot of friends.
