There will be couches burning, cars tipped over, and rioting in Columbus either way. Its just how the Buckeyes roll..

You may be right but burning furniture, rolling cars, etc. isn't just an OSU thing ....There are mindless idiots everywhere.

I was about to throw up in my mouth when I saw U.K. Student joining in on the "moron wagon" last basketball season ... all that do this kind of crap, no matter where it is should be arrested, charged with rioting, arson, public intoxication, disturbance, assault any anything else the Police and Prosocuter, Judge can think of and make stick along the way.

Most amazing part is Urban has done this all without top 10 pick Noah Spence and DE and done most of it without Dontre Wilson, the fastest player on the team who will be back for the NC. Oh and the whole QB thing.

Should the Bucks win this then I believe that Urban Meyer just may have completed the single best coaching job for one season ... ever.

And to think .... "Urban Renewal" is still in progress, wasn't expecting to be near this point for one, maybe two more seasons / recruiting classes. College Football and the haters everywhere .....Be Afraid, be Very Afraid :D . This is still a work in progress. :sssh:

Going to be flat out scary next year. Young players all over the field.

Maybe next year he wins B10 coach of the year!!! Lol

I heard today the Urban is 5-0 in bowl games in which his team was the underdog. Is that true?

Oregon has the 102nd ranked defense in the country. To think they are going to hold the Buckeyes under 30 is IMO not very realistic, especially considering how fast the Ducks score. FSU ran up and down the field on them, especially running the ball, until the started turning it over. Look for Zeke Elliot to have yet another 200+ yard game. This one has 40+ on both sides written all over it. Having watched both teams a lot, the only mismatch I see is along the OSU dline. While loaded with 3 probable NFL players, there is no depth. They rarely substitute along the line, and just seems by the second half Bosa and company will be spent. A cool night in Dallas would help, but not seen the forecast. Oregon will be the best team OSU has played all year by a long shot, and probably vice versa. Unlike a disappointingly slow and over rated Alabama team ( or insert every SEC team I watched) Ducks can run with Bucks at every position. I see this one playing like the FSU Oregon one, very tight until the fourth quarter.

Oregon 52

OSU 41

I do believe how Oregon does against Ezekiel and the Buckeyes rushing offense is the key, but I would hesitate to call 66th in the nation against the run as being "very good against the run. " They allowed almost 7 yards per carry to Cook in the Rose Bowl.

The 7 YPC against FSU is more of a worry. I thought FSU got away from the run. The 66th ranking is misleading. They are going to give up a lot if rushing yards due to how many plays the opponent runs. Just look at the PAC 10 and it will make sense. Teams run a lot of uptempo offenses which is more plays. Add in Standford and Arizona with their run game and being 66th isn't bad at all. I believe they are one of the best goal line defenses. So the yards they are giving up is more due to their system.

You could have the number 1 rush defense if your team always gives teams a short field and your offense eats clock.

Want to see how Oregon does against the OSU Dline, OSU Dline owned them in 2009 and this Dljne is much better.

What does 2009 have to do with this game? Oregon wins, Meyer fakes a heart attack.

You may be right as I didn't watch very much of Oregon this year, just thought they looked very suspect against the run against Florida State. I can't wait till Monday night. It should be a great game, and I took a day off on Tuesday just to recover from the late night. :D:D

I'm going with the Green and Yellow. Ducks know they'll never get another chance like this to get their first title. Heisman QB and favored? I'll take the Ducks by a score.
