Hope it doesn't take as long as the playoff game. He seemed to really be like a deer in headlights until the second half.

You'd have to think this game will be much easier on him as it's the third in a row now in the spotlight. If he does start as slow OSU could find themselves in a pretty big hole and trading second half touchdowns isn't going to do it for them as they would then need to generate turnovers and you can't count on that.

If not for his bad start against Bama that could have been a 21 point win.

I agree and think that game was huge for his confidence and poise. Heck, people are asking him if he's gonna go pro they think he's the next Culpepper.

Of course if it weren't for Sims bad ending it could also have been a Bama 14 point win. :D

Very easily, maybe - probably more. jmo

I think this game isn't as high scoring as people think. Key is the running game for OSU and I think they'll push around the Oregon D-Line.

My head says Oregon but my gut says go with Urban.

Bucks - 34

Ducks - 27

I feel Oregon should win, but wouldn't be at all surprised if Ohio State pulls it out. Should be an entertaining game at least.

I love being able to watch games like this with no rooting interest. Looking forward to it!

There will be little green men laying around everywhere late in this game!! Buckeyes with the win.

Absolutely. Best part is I can go to bed at halftime and not worry about missing anything I care about!

I also will be going to bed around halftime which really stinks as I think it will be a good game with a lot of action. It's all about TV dollars so I understand the start time so as to get the West Coast involved but I still don't like it. Sure wish they could have played it this past Friday night.

This game is about one thing - turnovers. Turnovers are almost always the key factor in competitive games, but I think even more so in this one. Oregon has to win the turnover battle to win the game. Turnovers are the key to their defense. They tackle the ball every play. Ohio State is going to run it down their throat and control the clock. Mariota is going to get exposed a little tonight. Look for him to miss some open receivers tonight. He must not throw INT's. I think it will be a close game and Oregon gets the win if they get one more turnover than OSU. If turnovers are even or OSU wins the turnover battle, OSU wins.

Article on CNN said the first time there was a college basketball national championship game in 1939? Oregon beat OSU 46-33. Kind of neat.
