URGENT!!! PLEASE SHARE! Florence Police searching for a stolen vehicle with infant inside!

 

On 12/18/14 the Florence Police Department responded to 7819 US42 / Speedway Gas Station for a theft of a vehicle from the lot. Additional information was provided that an infant was still in the vehicle at the time of the theft. Surveillance video from the store shows that the vehicle left the parking lot westbound on US42 toward the interstate. There is no information available about the possible suspect at this time. The infant was in a car seat in the backseat of the vehicle.

 

Vehicle: 2001 Volkswagen Passat, Dark Blue, KY License Plate 000-PZR

 

Missing Child: Henry Flores, 20 Days Old, white onesie and gray pants

I was in line to pay at Kroger's and my phone and most of the phones around me went off with the alert at the same time! Very scary. Praying for a safe end to the situation.

I hope the baby is found safely. The mother needs to be arrested or heavily fined. You do NOT leave a baby unattended in a running car while you go pay for gas.

Baby and vehicle were located in Fort Mitchell. According to Boone County Sheriff's Facebook page

I'm working at the Florence Mall today and when the amber alert went out every single phone in the mall went off. I'm glad there is power to do this. Lets all hope they are found...
