Good to see Ballard/Hopkinsville close in ranking. They are really the same type of teams whose has tremendous athletic ability. And both coaches coach the game really well.

I think it's hard to not have both of them in the preseason top 10 somewhere based on their coaches, past success and talent.

I am glad to see my Camels make the list. I think they will slowly climb up the list as the season goes.

I say Trinity #1 then about 12 spaces and start with #2.

Big time matchup right out of the gate.

#15 PRP @ #7 Doss.

Let's go:popcorn:

#5 Ballard vs. #9 Scott County early as well.

I'll agree that they're #1, but I watched #2 NCC over the weekend. The gap is not THAT wide.

If these ranking are even near correct,,,I believe the state of high school basketball in Ky. is way down this year, I will not pin point any teams, but I believe once they start playing for keeps the line up will change,,just my thoughts............

We must have not watched the same game..

Revelation here Danny, that happens every single year.

We must have not watched the same game..

I think we did, but our opinions differ. Do you really think NCC is that bad?

I wasn't at the NewCath/Mason Co. game, but I heard Mason Co. came out on fire hitting their 1st 5 or 6 shots. At one point had a 10 pt. lead (don't know what quarter), then NewCath got on a roll and built a 16 pt. lead, and won by 11.........26 pt. swing.

I'm not sold on KCC being #3. After watching them play last year, they can't/don't get after it on defense well enough because of lack of depth. Sit back in that zone and try to protect from fouling, at least when I saw them. I don't think you can play constituently enough among the elite doing that all season. Doesn't mean the aren't good...Hall and Justice can bring it, but not top 5 IMHO.

Also glad to see Campbell get some attention...hope they don't get caught celebrating making the top 25.
