No Shave November

Featured Replies

I don't shave much as it is. Only for special occasions. So, I 'm definitely in.

I'm in....

Need proof.:clap::lol2:

I typically grow a beard out of laziness each fall/winter. It's gotten to Gump-like proportions on a few occasions. I have a week going right now and it will probably last until my first swim meet if I make it out of the itchy stage.

I think we are about to find out just how long a month can be.

It is still Oct. 31. Good luck!

Two days in, itching anyone? LA?

Not yet but I don't plan on going the beer brewer route, I will trim those lower hairs up.

Feels like a typical weekend so far. :lol2:

I only work there in the winter, but ups makes us shave..so I'm out. I only shave every couple weeks the rest of the year though. My three year old is fascinated by it.

I haven't been bare-faced in nine years. There were a couple of times where I sported a goatee for a few months-ish in there, and I briefly had it down to a fu manchu at one point, but I've had a full beard for probably 5 years at this point.

For those who are suffering from itchy beard stubble...beard conditioner/oil is best, but going pretty liberal with some regular old hair conditioner in the shower works pretty decently as well.

I'm in. It's No Shave November not No Groom Your Beard November. I'm in but I groom it. :D

Same here.

So far so good, but then again not having to work the weekend makes it easy. It's being back at work that will be the first test seeing how no one has ever seen me with a beard etc. although it doesn't come in real fast, right now I'm at the fisherman on the wharf type of look.

I don't see how you guys do it, I can never stand the itching. Maybe once my "beard" got past a certain point it would stop, but I've never let it get that far.

It definitely would.

I did it last year with my students. They got a kick of it because I am usually clean shaven all the time.
