I have seen a former teammate be falsely accused and how it ruined his reputation and ultimately forced a transfer, so I would like to see the investigation and trial play out before condemning either party. October 7, 201412 yr If I'm Lloyd Tubman's attorney, I quickly ask for this case to be waived to the grand jury without a preliminary hearing. Facts of the case come out at the preliminary hearing. They don't at a grand jury. It's still not going to end well for him unless she recants her story. Even then, I dont look for him to be playing at UK.
