Agree. That's what it's all about, and I've had fun too. Don't get me wrong, I see where you all are coming from for sure.

I'm overkill in this thread now tho and I'm gonna duck out.

Going to add this firm to my "Do Not Call from Jail" on my phone favorites..

Guys I will tell you what kind of commishner we have and this is nearly a direct quote from the hearing Cordia's lawyer was questioning Julian Tackett Julian stated " I have been at this agency for 31 years I will do what I want to do" Cordia's lawyer then says so all these by laws and rule book you have don't mean anything and he quoted again "I told you I will do what I want to do". Anybody that thinks cordia could have got a fair deal before the B.O.C. Is disillusional. Even Cordia's lawyer said before the hearing they were a rubber stamp for Julian Tackett. In the B.O.C. Ruling session he was sitting there amount them telling them what to do. All this investigation and findings are a complete joke it is just like a Salem witch trial they have all the judge and they have all the wittiness and everything is trimmed to fit them.

They will go to court, why not. Gotten this far and have nothing to lose. Funding appears to not be a problem. They may be wrong and done some illegal things, however, I'd continue to fight it. It can't get worse.

If I robbed 10 banks and was facing 50 years in prison but the jury determined that I only robbed 1 bank and sentenced me to 2 years in prison...I'd probably just take the 2 years and count my blessings. Or something like that.

I don't get this because these are two different agencies deciding. So if I got it reduced to two years in prison and a whole different agency could reduce it further that supercedes the previous but can't make it more, I'd see if I could reduce it further or not go to prison at all.

I agree with you if years could be added.

By the time it is ruled on one season of punishment will likely already be over. You can't go back and give them a reduced penalty when you've already served it.

If they want to pay lawyers good money so they can get beat in the district tournament in 2015/16 season then go for it.......

I'm still sticking with this (see Post #195 for the full post, but here are some excerpts):

"We've seen this same song and dance before. KHSAA declares Cordia player ineligible. Appeal to KHSAA is denied. Cordia goes to Franklin Circuit. Cordia players are eligible because the court says so.

Everyone is still writing them off, but they've beaten the KHSAA in court twice already. Other schools don't even have to sue to get their transfers eligible. The courts have twice told the KHSAA to let Cordia's kids play. Now the KHSAA has stuck them with penalties, and they are back before the court. How do you think that's going to play with the courts? The courts have told the KHSAA to back off of them twice in consecutive years, and now they're back again with something else.

Can you see why I might think this might play out like the parent whose has warned a kid twice, and now has to tell them a third time to listen? I'm sure the KHSAA might feel like the courts are usurping them, but the courts may feel the same way about the KHSAA at this point."

Okay.

Rodrick Rhodes says on Facebook that Cordia was going to accept their penalties UNTIL they found out that Cordia is not allowed to play in the All A Classic.

We had every intention on honoring what was handed down to us(Cordia)by the KHSAA BUT DUE TO THE NEW REVELATIONS OF THE All"A"CLASSIC NOT ALLOWING ANY CORDIA TEAMS TO PLAY IN THIS VERY PRESTIGIOUS EVENT they give us no choice but to fight this in court so we can have our voices heard fairly.
