I understand what you're saying PP but don't know how it's a better quality of life. He was not in a bad area or home. Just with all this Cordia crap I look for KHSAA to be alot tighter on their decisions.

I don't know anything about Dow's life in Louisville. I do know the Hagers and I believe that if Dow wasn't improving his health and welfare his mother wouldn't have let him go.

Not sure how someone named "mtn bball" would have knowledge of what Malik's home life is like, what his mother is like, or where his home is located in Louisville.

Too many people are often eager to voice opinions of ignorance behind anonymous screen names.

Excuse me. I've known Ms.Dow for years do you thank we hilljacks never leave the homestead. Would wager you have a couple of identities you post under. Are you saying that Malik had it bad at home? Seems like you voice your opinion more than most but your right ignorance is bliss. Carpe Diem

I don't know anything about "hilljacks" or homesteads but I know enough about Ms. Dow to know she always does what is best for her son. If Malik has moved schools it would not be done lightly and as PP92 alluded to, athletics wouldn't be a factor in moving from a powerhouse like Ballard to a school that hasn't won a region since consolidating in the mid/late 2000s.

I don't have any other identities. I used to have one as "Coach Q" but decided that I should be transparent in my postings. Nothing to hide here.

I would disagree that I post more than most. I average less than a post per day since joining.

First if I remember correctly seize the day would be the meaning, context would be you have done so today by voicing your opinion on a statement of a kid having a good mother and home life. Why get your panties in a wad.

This is the first and last warning. Any further rules violation will result in immediate suspension, then the other member will get the last word. If need to refresh your memory, the Terms of Service that you agreed to follow are linked at the bottom of the page.

So parents don't have to move anymore? Why does KHSAA even put out a rule book if it doesn't apply?

I'm confused why my post was removed?

Because it seems that you and another poster want to call each other names, which is a violation of Rule 2. I was kind enough to just delete it and let it go, but then you have to ask, in public, so here is your explanation.

In the future, it may be better to send a private message to a moderator and ask them such questions. Or, familiarize yourself with the rules and follow them, then you won't have to ask.

It's interesting that people make comments like that, regarding the KHSAA, yet often aren't familiar with the actual rules - or the specifics of the situations. It's unfair to criticize unless one knows both.

All this transferring is getting out of hand. All I'm going to say

Had been hearing of him transferring, the way things are as of now I would worry about KHSAA clearing him. No way to say it's not just for sports, he has a wonderful mother and good home life.

Oh the collusion in Mercer County Athletics! Lol

The Big Bully Mercer County continues to flex it's muscles on the Athletic front! smh

Yeah didn't Boyle just get a transfer for boys basketball from a school in Louisville?
