I love that people casually throw out the term "pro potential". I don't think everyone realizes how hard it is to become a professional basketball player. And I'm not talking NBA, I'm talking playing pro anywhere.

I was told that all the Matts Mustangs kids left early to play games at the KBA that night so none of those kids (Taveion included) made the all star games.

There were a bunch of good teams playing at Collins and Shelby County this Friday and Saturday. Trinity, Lex Cath, Corbin, Desales, Male, Owensboro, Apollo and Madison Central were some of the more "name schools". Trinity is going to be very good. They return a lot. And will be long and athletic on the wings.

To my knowledge, he doesn't play spring AAU, which would be why coaches haven't seen him. I did see that CJ Frederick of Cov Cath has a New Orleans offer now.

Trevon Faulkner picked up his first offer. Middle Tennessee State.

This class was hurt by Eli Wright and Braxton Beverly leaving the state for their senior year. Not saying they power the team to victory but they would certainly help the situation.

Hard to rank these kids as they don't play Kentucky competition. Would be interested to see what happened if KHSAA allowed them to compete in KHSAA games.

The EYBL is all 17u teams playing in the Nike league. He's good but not sure how he would fair playing up two levels. He has played 16u on the Adidas circuit with Hoop Dreams and seen some success.

Why is it you won't put your own list out but you will tell us repeatedly that Kunkel is better than most? The point of the thread is to rank this kids. Give your list.

Agreed this is a very talented group and hard to whittle down to 10. One point of order, Rodriguez Thomas is 2019.

Has anyone seen the roster of juniors they will scrimmage? Or is it just Connor Wilson playing 1 on 5?

Respectfully disagree on Shelton. I just don't think he's very good. Haven't seen Hayden. Would be interested to see how good he is.

Wish he played at a better basketball school. I think his college opportunities would improve.
